• Initial supply of 6 rolls of toilet paper and courtesy set;
• Forfait services for energy consumption;
• Final cleaning;
• One internal, shaded and unsupervised parking space;
• Animation and entertainment programme with Miniclub from 4 years of age, from June to the end of August;
• Free Wi-Fi in the central services area of the Village;
• Use of the swimming pools, sports facilities such as gym and multi-purpose football/tennis pitch.

All services are intended for use after 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Services not included in the booking fee Three-room Comfort apartment with beach

• hotel service for daily cleaning and tidying up of the flat;
• tourist tax, to be paid in the Village, in cash;
• security deposit, euro 200,00, to be paid in cash, for any damage/shortage of cleaning. The deposit is retained in full in the event of loss of keys and cards handed in on arrival;
• Anything not expressly indicated in the “Services included in the booking fee Three-room Comfort apartment with beach”.

• Beach service c/o Partner. The beach service c/o Partner includes a place complete with n.1 beach umbrella, n.1 sun bed, n.1 deck chair, per flat (not based on the number of occupants);
• No. 1 mid-weekly cleaning in the hotel formula (half board or full board) with cleaning of the flat, excluding kitchenette and change of bathroom linen only;
